Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Solutions Analyst IV to design and implement cloud-based infrastructure and data solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for developing architecture standards, facilitating cloud adoption strategies, and optimizing data management within modern technology environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure architecture, and enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and design infrastructure solutions to support business and technical strategies.

Develop architectural deliverables such as guidelines, standards, and technical frameworks.

Facilitate decision-making by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.

Drive innovation in cloud technologies, data center modernization, and foundational infrastructure components.

Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, edge computing, and blockchain.

Design and integrate unified communications and cloud-based contact center solutions.

Implement and enhance cloud-based customer experience platforms and data systems.

Ensure compliance with industry security and regulatory standards.

Participate in system development and infrastructure deployment efforts.

Provide technical guidance on application integrations, APIs, and middleware.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation.

Expertise in at least two of the following: cloud technologies, application integration, database management, networking, or virtualization.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and supporting cross-functional teams.

Strong ability to present technical concepts to executives and technical teams.

Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Desired Skills:

Experience with enterprise contact center technologies and cloud-based communication solutions.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) integrations.

Proficiency in software development and API-driven application integration.

Hands-on experience with network and voice-over-IP (VoIP) systems.
