DRESSING INSPECTOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 05:00-13:00 (OVERTIME WILL BE AVAILABLE AND APPLICANTS MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR THIS)

£13.00 - £16.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Dressing Inspector to join our well-established client based in the STOURBRIDGE, WEST MIDLANDS.

Day to Day Duties

As a Dressing Inspector, your duties will be, but not limited to:

Prepare and finish cast metal products by removing excess material

Inspect castings for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Handle heavy castings safely using cranes or manual handling equipment as required

Report faults or inconsistencies in materials or machinery promptly to the supervisor

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Dressing Inspector with our client are:

Basic level of English

Reliable and punctual

Communication skills

Desirable Experience

Previous Foundry, Casting or Manufacturing experience is required

Previous dressing shop experience is preferred

Previous finishing and grinding experience is preferred

Training

Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
