We’re seeking an AI Engineer to help scale our AI scoring & feedback system for CELPIP Writing & Speaking.

Responsibilities:

• Improve AI scoring accuracy for fluency, coherence, grammar, and vocabulary.

• Integrate scoring models into our student dashboards.

• Optimize backend for scalability as we grow globally.

• Work with tutors to incorporate pedagogical insights into AI logic.

Qualifications:

• Experience with NLP and LLMs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).

• Strong background in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Familiarity with language assessment or edtech systems.
