Summary:
The Multicultural Banking Coordinator provides administrative support to this area by performing an unlimited range of complex duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinator Duties:
Planning internal and external events and meetings
Team coordination and communication (direct team, dotted line reports, and field communication to the regions where we’re operating)
Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available
Project coordination
ESL Vendor relationship owner
Cross-department coordinator
Administrative Support:
Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and composes correspondence
Gathers data and prepares and/or consolidates reports, and organizes / maintains files
Handles confidential and sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Expense and invoice management
Team support as directed, including new hire onboarding
Additional duties as assigned
May complete special projects and perform special tasks such as budgeting and/or variance reporting
“Supervising” Giggers on an as-needed basis
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in administrative support role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Kanban certifications or willing to gain project management certification upon hiring
Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Visual Design skills
