Accounting & Administrative Coordinator opportunity!
Accounts Receivable: prepare and send invoices, track payments
Accounts Payable: enter vendor invoices, ensure timely payment, and write purchase orders/subcontracts
Accounting software (knowledge of Foundation - construction accounting software a PLUS)
Prepare bid packages, closeout documents, and operation/maintenance manuals
Pricing and completing time and material slips
Maintain organized records through filing and document scanning
Perform general administrative duties, including Microsoft Office tasks
Notarize company documents (if certified; notary public status a plus).
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Notary Public or willing to obtain certification shortly after hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with accounting software (construction-related software preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a small office setting
