This role puts you at the heart of development, ensuring that grading, utilities, pavement, and building layouts are executed with precision. Joining a 75+ year surveying and engineering firm, you'll support diverse commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects - while advancing your technical expertise in construction calculations and layout.

What You'll Do

Prepare construction calculations for grading, utilities, pavement, and building layouts.

Draft and manage layout deliverables in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

Verify as-built construction against design plans.

Translate civil, architectural, and structural drawings into precise field data for crews.

Coordinate with contractors, superintendents, and project managers.

What You Bring

5+ years of combined experience in construction layout and calculations.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.

Ability to interpret construction documents and agency standards.

Field survey experience a plus.
