Your Role: This role will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, and processing equipment for our Aviator facility. This role will provide maintenance related support for the manufacturing and distribution staff.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Daily walk through of plant

2. Mechanical & Electrical work

3. Conduct necessary maintenance repairs, and follow PM schedules

4. Purchase parts

5. Set up work with outside contractors

6. Training

New maintenance employees

Supervisors & lead persons on new or modified equipment

7. Ensure to follow all plant GMP's

8. Responsible for safe work and following all plant safety rules

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

Cross-Training and supporting daily manufacturing needs

General sanitation and housekeeping needs plant wide

Forklift operation

Any and all other duties that may be assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL LEVEL

Mechanical

Electrical

Computer skills: Excel and Word

Properly trained on plant policies and SOP's

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Lift 60 lbs -Frequently

Carry 60 lbs -Occasionally

Bend/Stoop - Frequently

Climb/Work at Heights - Occasionally

Reach above Shoulder level – Frequently

Push/Pull – Occasionally

Squat/Crouch – Occasionally

REQUIRED TRAINING & EDUCATION

Facility specific CCP Training (Annually)

Food Training requirements

WORK SCHEDULE

Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shifts.

Must be willing to work a temporary assignment, alternative schedule, or shift as requested by a supervisor

Non-exempt employees are required to work all scheduled weekend or overtime shifts when the need arises.
