$100,000 - $110,000 base salary + bonus

Client: We are recruiting for a family-owned and operated general contractor in Florida. Specializing in new residential construction, they offer services such as roofing, drywall, painting, siding, and house wrap and are bringing a modern touch to a traditional industry.

Job info: The General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, with a focus on financial performance, productivity, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, the GM will oversee field technicians, repair technicians, warehouse associates, and area managers. The ideal candidate will also be someone who thrives in a modern environment and is comfortable using technology and AI tools to analyze data for efficient operations leadership.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a General/Operations Manager, or project manager/construction manager with a strong roofing background

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics or similar reporting systems

Knowledgeable in safety compliance, field operations, inventory management, and customer engagement

Certification in safety management or OSHA compliance is desirable, but not essential.
