Position: Construction Project Administrator
Reports to: Construction Program Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Salary Range: $27 - $31 per hour (Eligible for Overtime)

Superior is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our construction projects. The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for managing project files, supporting the onboarding of new hires, handling payment applications, and assisting with general administrative duties. This role is based on a jobsite in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our jobsite moving forward
Support with onboarding of new Field Operations team members
Maintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Operations payroll
Maintain project files and payment applications
Prepare and track construction Requests for Information (RFIs)
Manage Contract documents
Write reports and provide general administrative duties

You’re able to exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times when dealing with sensitive data and information
You have a get-it-done mentality and are ready to support with whatever is needed
You’re efficient and know how to prioritize
Your Expertise
Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative, payroll, or team operations support role
Required: High School diploma
Required: You are proficient with Microsoft Office
Bonus points: You have experience with Google Workspace
