**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Support and assist the Asset Manager in managing the office operations

+ Focus on Fleet Management in coordination with the Fleet Management System Provider

+ Fleet Administrations

+ Fleet Utilization Optimization

+ Maintenance and Repairs

+ Fuel Management

+ Driver Management and Training

+ Vehicle Acquisition and Disposal

+ Compliance and Risk Management

+ Reporting and Analytics

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Bachelor's degree holder (Required)

+ Technical or Non-Technical

+ At least 2 years work experience as Fleet Officer or Fleet Supervisor

+ Has experience in office operations specifically in fleet management

+ Willing to be assigned at Makati City
