You will be crucial in coordinating and supporting drug development projects from initial human dose to regulatory approval. Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting Project Leaders and project teams with diverse administrative and coordination tasks such as managing project plans in Smartsheet and ThinkCell, monitoring budgets, organizing meetings, drafting minutes, tracking and following up on action items, and liaising with external partners.

Promoting efficient project delivery by ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and project teams.

Consistently supporting project management initiatives to maintain professionalism and drive progress.

Taking responsibility for significant tasks within the project, ensuring accountability and advancing each component to achieve project objectives.

Organizing and participating in meetings with our US counterparts and external collaborators

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who ideally match the following criteria:

A background in engineering, IT, or related fields with project management experience is preferred. An administrative background with experience is also welcome. Additionally, relevant experience in a similar role and a basic understanding of drug or device development is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English skills, with experience in multicultural team settings

Possesses robust organizational and proactive planning abilities, allowing for task prioritization and high-quality results. Diplomatic and capable of handling sensitive situations effectively.

Approaches challenges with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Service-driven, enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams, and embodying optimism, independence, and enthusiasm
