Responsibilities
The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting OSUP’s compensation, total rewards functions. This position involves data analysis, research, HRIS data management, and administration of programs. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is organized, detail oriented and comfortable working with data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in market surveys, analyze results, and identify trends.
Benchmark new jobs against survey and market data.
Support development and delivery of total rewards education and training for staff and leadership.
Manage pay and bonus programs within the HCM system (ADP).
Analyze compensation and position data; prepare reports, budgets, and models of data for budgeting.
Maintain the organization’s pay plan and compensation tools and resources.
Update the HCM with compensation ranges, employee pay records, and experience data.
Provide ad hoc compensation analysis and support for internal and market-driven changes.
Collaborate with internal team members, IT and Payroll to prepare and process bulk pay adjustments.
Support other total rewards programs such as leave and benefit administration.
Send communications to leadership and employees
Maintain confidential health records and data entry in the HCM.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
