HVAC Service Manager

Location: Eatonton, GA 31024

Pay Rate: $25+ per hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Manager to lead our service team. In this role, you’ll oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring top-notch customer service and compliance with safety standards. You’ll train and coach technicians, manage schedules, track budgets, and drive efficiency across projects.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians

Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and quality control

Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines

What We’re Looking For:

Proven HVAC leadership/management experience

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, HVAC license) a plus
