Our client, one of the world’s leading global advisory firms (Tier 1) is seeking a Partner / Principal to expand its Technology & Software practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with CEOs, boards, and investors at decisive moments of growth and transformation, focusing on enterprise software and technology-driven businesses from corporates to scales-ups.

Responsibities

Drive senior-level appointments, primarily board and supervisory board placements

Lead and deliver leadership advisory projects in the technology and software sector

Advise CEOs, boards, and investors on leadership, growth, and transformation challenges

Build trusted relationships with senior executives and support strategic decision-making

Contribute to business development and the growth of the technology practice along with a successful senior partner, with a background from a blue-chip company

Profile

Candidates should bring relevant professional experience and a strong network in the technology and software ecosystem. Suitable backgrounds include:

Experience in leadership advisory or executive search within a global firm or specialized boutique in technology/software/SAAS/AI

Senior leadership roles in enterprise software or technology companies

Executives from challenger brands with strong international scaling and transformation exposure

Chief of Staff or senior advisory positions at board or executive level in major technology corporates or successful sale-ups
