PROJECT DETAILS: Our client is a keynote speaker on: Building consistent systems within business Building a high-performing team Setting up a franchise Types of events we want Established business events that pay for keynote speakers Events aimed at small and medium business owners Conferences, summits, trade association events, franchise association events Not networking groups, not workshops run by coaches, not exhibitor or sponsor slots Google Sheets to update: Linkedin Individuals add people from LinkedIn to the sheet who organise relevant events Event Check add events you find via web research (outside LinkedIn) SPECIFICS: LINKEDIN INDIVIDUALS (event organisers on LinkedIn) Add only event organisers or people clearly linked to business events that hire paid keynote speakers Do not add coaches/consultants unless they are organisers Each LinkedIn profile must be active: must have posted original content (not just shares/reposts) within the past month Do not add other speakers or competitors EVENT CHECK (events from web research) Event must target small and medium business owners If niche-specific, it must allow speakers from outside that industry Event must be live and planned for the future (no past events, no cancelled ones) Event must not be members only Event must clearly cater for paid keynote speakers (not exhibitor slots or sponsor packages) For event description: write brief notes only (e.g.
