Job Title: Machine operator/inspector - Entry Level

Location: Rockford, MI

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift available

Pay: $16.50/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating injection molding machines, inspecting parts, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Inspect parts for quality, ensuring products meet specifications.

Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Package, label, and prepare finished parts for shipment.

Follow all company safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skill
