What Youll Do

As our HR Specialist, youll be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring our crews are supported, compliant, and motivated. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing onboarding, training, and safety compliance programs

Administering benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations

Supporting site supervisors with performance management and conflict resolution

Ensuring adherence to labor laws and OSHA regulations.

Driving culture initiatives that reflect our values of integrity, safety, and teamwork

What You Bring

Proven HR experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswhether you're talking to a crane operator or the CFO

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
