A leading power solutions company is seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our expanding Nigerian team. This role is focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Diesel/Gas Generators (Gensets), requiring candidates with strong industry knowledge and a proven record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across the energy and power sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and government clients.

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience in Diesel/Gas Gensets, BESS, or related power solutions.

Strong understanding of Nigeria’s power/energy industry.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Field-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
