Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator/Receptionist that is able to assist with guiding Associates through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have about policies, processing insurance claims and billing, answering phone calls and greeting incoming visitors to our front lobby. The ideal candidate is open to learning, collaborates well with others, and has a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Managing clerical duties and maintaining HR records and reports
Processing new Associate onboarding and paperwork
Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and forwarding calls/messages as appropriate
Auditing insurance bills
Processing insurance claims
Auditing timecards for payroll submittal
Completing change of statuses, benefit enrollments, life events, and other HR tasks in UKG
Qualifications Required:
Education: High Scholl Diploma
Computer Knowledge & Skills
MS Excel, Word, Outlook
UKG (Preferred, not required)
Prior relevant experience
Effective oral and written communication
