POSITION – Packager

JOB LOCATION –Baldwin WI

STARTING DATE –Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM –Temp To Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE –Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

STARTING PAY –$18.00/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION –High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –At least 1 year of experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the below essential duties satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards

Inspect items for quality and proper labeling before packing

Prepare boxes, containers, and shipping materials as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications

Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Able to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 lbs] and stand for long periods

Willingness to learn and adapt to production goals
