The Outbound Sales Representative (Voice and Non-Voice) will conduct multichannel outreach to potential leads, qualify interest and suitability, and book discovery calls for the next sales stage. This role is critical to generating qualified leads for the Sales Team to convert into clients.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads from Outbound Sales Representatives.

Gather client requirements, project details, and sales-readiness signals.

Prepare and document client briefs for internal use.

Coordinate with Marketing Department for lead handoff.

Track lead progress and update CRM systems.

Provide feedback to Outbound Sales Representatives for targeting improvements.

Requirements:

Preferred: 6 months+ in BPO, lead generation, or sales support roles.

Fresh grads with strong communication skills may be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
