The Sales Support Specialist conducts structured discovery calls to assess client needs and determine alignment with Exodia's services. The role bridges the gap between initial outreach and proposal preparation by ensuring qualified leads are fully documented and sales-ready.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
At least 6 months in BPO, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles
Experience in Sales Qualification is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct discovery calls with qualified leads from Outbound Sales Representatives
Gather client requirements, project details, and sales-readiness signals
Prepare and document client briefs for internal use
Coordinate with Marketing Department for lead handoff
Track lead progress and update CRM systems
Provide feedback to Outbound Sales Representatives for targeting improvements
