Saint Mary's of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois is currently seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology/Oncology team at Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group. Position Details

Full-time employment

Specialty: Hematology/Oncology

Outpatient-based care setting

Provide direct patient care under physician supervision

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Manage hematology and oncology patients, monitor treatment response, and adjust therapy accordingly

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide side effect management

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate high-quality care

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR

Located in the heart of Chicagos Ukrainian Village

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois

Board Certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred

Oncology RN background required for new graduates

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Bilingual skills in Ukrainian or Spanish are a strong plus

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
