We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie - Pastry who will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Pastry kitchen. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to the standard recipes.

This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in chocolate handling and production is highly desirable.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards

Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems

Strong leadership capabilities

Passion for working with people

Schedule: Full-time
