The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Architect with 8+ years’ experience. You’ll lead projects across the design phase, working with consultants and clients while overseeing documentation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Class 1 and Class 2 residential projects across all stages

Lead client and consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle

Oversee and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Support junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing

About You

8+ years’ architectural experience, with Class 1 and Class 2 projects

NSW registration (desired but not essential)

Strong documentation and project delivery skills

ArchiCAD literate

Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented
