Job Summary:
Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels
Develop profitable business with new and existing customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of business.
Responsible for the direct sales process
Managing & creating relationship with external stakeholders
Prepare & plan sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales industry
Experienced in managing hospital accounts and has strong relationship with KOLs
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and regulatory environments.
Have good sales capability.
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong backgrounds in generic pharmaceuticals will be preferred.
