Job Scope:
Plan the incentive program/recognition, events to motivate market and increase sales
Create, implement, and promote attractive events to motivate Amway Business Owners to increase sales volume
Negotiate agreements with vendors and contractors to ensure lower cost and highest quality of service
Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event management for Amway’s meetings, conferences, and events
Establish staff schedules and task assignments to ensure conformance to department/division's objectives and goals
Represent and deliver service excellence in keeping with Amway’s brand
