What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate and organized digital records:
• Accurately enter data from a variety of source documents into internal systems
• Audit data for inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Organize and maintain digital files to ensure ease of access and retrieval
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across platforms
• Protect sensitive data in accordance with privacy and security standards
• Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of data entry software and general computer skills
• Must successfully complete a background check and credit check

• Flexible hours within standard business times
• 100% remote – work from home setup required (equipment may be provided for long-term roles)
• Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent placement
