Responsibilities:

Perform booking of all reviewed and approved IBS/Intercompany miscellaneous debit/credit notes in SAP e.g. recharges, non-trade billings, adjustments (with accuracy and on timely basis)

Suppport Intercompany Accountants and Specialists particulary in addressing inqueries or resolving issues encountered related to IBS/Intercompany

Respond timely to prompt requests (provide debit/credit note copy, debit/credit note status)

Compile and maintain debit/credit notes received for dispatch and archiving

Your Profile:

You are actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management or related

You have basic knowledge in various Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

School/University MOA and Endorsement Letter

You demonstrate accuracy and attention to details

You have a great interpersonal and English communication skills

You enjoy participating in extra-curricular activities and you are a team player

You value and appreciate diversity and understand cultural sensitivity

Must be amenable to work onsite
