Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive growth by generating and qualifying leads for our cutting-edge X-ray and trace detection products. This is a hybrid role based out of our Pine Brook, NJ headquarters.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to connect security decision-makers with our regional sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, curiosity about technology, and a passion for proactive sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, CRM data, online research, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct initial outreach to introduce Autoclear’s solutions and assess customer needs.
Update and manage lead data in CRM software.
Collaborate with regional sales managers to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
Report regularly on lead generation activity, sales status, and market feedback.
Learn and articulate Autoclear’s product offerings and value proposition to a diverse customer base.
Support strategic sales efforts by participating in team meetings and staying informed on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client outreach roles
Experience in manufacturing, security, or technology sectors is a plus
Strong communication, listening, and persuasive abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
