HVAC Planned Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HVAC Planned Maintenance Technician to join our employee-owned team. This role focuses on performing routine, scheduled maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably year-round. Your work plays a key role in preventing breakdowns, extending equipment life, and maintaining indoor comfort for our customers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance, service, or installation)

EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal preferred)

HVAC certification or associate degree (a plus)

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to preventive care

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditionsCompany Description
