We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Agent to join our team at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process while providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests

Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently

Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role preferred

Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Excellent communication skills: fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Candidates from CIS and Asian countries are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,000 + AED 1,000 service charge
