Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Receptionist to join our team immediately! In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing the company with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in an organized fashion
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential
