Job Description

We work (4) ten-hour days per week so that you can enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Work/Life balance is very important to us!

Hours:

1st Shift; Monday - Thursday 5am - 3pm

2nd Shift; Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am

Pay Rate:

1st Shift - $20/hour

2nd Shift - $20/hour + $0.60/hour shift premium

Duties:

**Ability to lift tubes and potentially heavy or bulky product consistently throughout the day. This is a physically demanding position **

**Basic CNC programming and troubleshooting **

**Perform setups and change overs on different machines **

Cut, debur, trim tubes

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Proficiency in using vernier calipers, protractors, squares, and other measuring tools

Perform in-process quality checks and ensure accuracy in data entry

Use layout systems to find job layouts and identify required materials and parts

Identify and select appropriate tools and equipment for job set-up

Ensure safe work practices and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Ability to follow written instructions including shop orders, packaging, and quality check procedures

Transport material using forklifts

Ability to lift tubes consistently throughout shift

Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to set-up and run machines.

Ability to record accurate measurements.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift tubes regularly.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
