CAD Technician (Bilingual French/English)

We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Engineering Technician (CAD Technician). In this role, you will support sales and engineering efforts by preparing technical drawings, providing customer service, and ensuring proper application of our products. Key Responsibilities

Prepare system drawings and details

Track engineering service requests and assist with sanitary sewer reviews

Integrate products into system designs

Create special fitting details and material estimates for the sales team

Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues

Develop new standard details and support CAD production under direction

Qualifications

Associate degree in Civil Engineering or a two-year Technical Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting

In addition to English, must be able to interpret designs and communicate fluently in French

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoDesk)

Proficient in 2D design experience

Stormwater, drainage and/or underground infrastructure design

Ability to read and interpret construction civil site plans

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other major Microsoft tools

Skills & Competencies

Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve customer issues

Knowledge of site development and product application

Remote work experience
