Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Growth Opportunity)

Overview:

Were seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Installer Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on training in bath installation and is interested in developing into a full-time Installer. Youll work directly alongside experienced installers, learning key skills while providing essential support on the job.

Responsibilities:

Assist installers with hands-on tasks such as measuring, cutting materials, caulking, and sealing.

Safely operate basic tools and equipment (training provided).

Help with setup and teardown of job sites, including material handling.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Learn and follow proper installation procedures and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all safety rules and company policies.Requirements:

Some prior construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred but not required.

Comfortable using or learning to use power tools and hand tools.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop trade skills.

Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Reliable transportation to job sites.Growth Path:
