Duties

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries.

Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel.

Assist in technical accounting tasks, including accrual accounting and financial report writing.

Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Must hold a valid CPA license.

Proficient in financial software applications, including QuickBooks.

Strong understanding of accrual accounting principles and practices.

Experience with account reconciliation processes and balance sheet management.

Excellent technical accounting skills with the ability to prepare detailed financial reports.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
