Job Description

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our production team in preparing and packaging fresh produce. You’ll be responsible for cutting, cleaning, and packing a variety of fruits and vegetables according to custom orders while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. The role is physically active and takes place in a cold warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, clean, and pack fresh produce to meet specific customer orders

Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines at all times

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work efficiently during long shifts (8–12 hours) in a 38 ree;F environment

Assist team members and contribute to a safe, positive work culture

Requirements:

Able to stand for extended periods of time

Comfortable working in cold storage conditions (38 ree;F)

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly

Team-oriented with strong communication and reliability

Previous food prep, kitchen, or warehouse experience is a plusCompany Description
