Primary role would be client retention and customer service for a book of healthcare, life insurance, and disability insurance clients.Company Description

Primary role will be to retain current clients by assisting them with updating their profiles and assisting with re-enrolling them during open enrollment period. Also will be in charge of answering the phone and relaying important voicemails to me. Occasionally reaching out to schedule appointments with warm leads.
