Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join large group just about 1 hr NE of Birmingham, AL in the Gadsden area.

Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Full-time permanent position

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Call rotation is minimum and by phone only

Approx. 22-25 patients per day

MA or LPN available as support staff

EMR used is EPIC

You will collaborate with at least 3 NP's

Must be able to obtain Medicaid, Medicare and Blue Cross provider numbers
