Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter who will own the full-cycle talent acquisition process for Thought Industries. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the Chief People Officer to attract and hire exceptional talent across functions, including Executive, Sales, Product, and Engineering roles.

This is a hands-on recruiting position where you will both strategize and source, particularly for our more challenging and niche technical roles. You will bring creativity, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates that align with our culture and business goals.

When not actively recruiting, the Recruiter will also support broader People Operations HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and HR operations.

This is a full-time position based in our Boston office, with a requirement to work onsite at least three (3) days per week as part of our hybrid work model. This role reports to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Lead full-cycle recruiting across all departments, with a focus on executive, sales, product, engineering, and other key roles as needed

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics

Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other tools

Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit

Manage scheduling, feedback loops, and offer negotiations in partnership with the People team

Track pipeline activity, hiring metrics, and progress against hiring goals

Act as an ambassador of the Thought Industries brand in the talent market

People Operations Support

Manage new employee onboarding, orientation, and paperwork to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and HR records

Support other HR functions such as employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues

Partner with the People team to enhance processes that support engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment

Proven success hiring across executive, sales, product, and engineering roles

Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive talent for hard-to-fill positions

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders

Experience working in a hybrid, Boston-based environment preferred

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 with bonus eligibility of $15,000 USD.
