Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or a Compact License (required)

Prior home health experience preferred but not required

Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Strong organizational and communication skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care based on physician-prescribed plans of care

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion

Document all nursing assessments, actions, patient responses, and care coordination accurately

Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team

Deliver 1:1 patient care with a focus on medically fragile individuals Requirements

Flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules

Ability to manage individualized caseloads in home settings

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development

Service coverage in the following counties: Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor What's Offered

Competitive pay: $42 to $52 hourly based on experience and hours worked
