We are looking for an ACCOUNTING & REPORTING COORDINATOR to join our FINANCE team.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for monthly reporting, supervise day to day transactional financial accounting including general ledger, account payable (PtP – Purchase to Pay), account receivable (OtC – Order to Cash) and taxation.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Perform and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close in JDE, i.e. bank reconciliation, suspense reconciliation, depreciation calculation, AP & AR revaluation, accurate account classification, etc.
Perform and ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close in CIL, i.e. FC&R and EBF, and in-charge of 100% OTIF
Lead and perform monthly balance sheet account review (BSAR) process
Perform balance sheet review (BSR) and attend once a year OpCo call with Global R&A
Ensure compliance with Heineken standard chart of account (SCOA) and IFRS
Ensure the implementation of internal control on financial reporting (ICFR)
Calculating accruals and maintain clear list of accrual
Propose and book manual journal entry (MJE) in JDE
Performing first numerical analysis and variance explanation
Ensuring control of CAPEX, i.e. create CAPEX number, maintain CAPEX list and timely asset transfer to Fixed Asset
In charge of RtR PPI dashboard
Calculating and preparing managerial reports in pre-agreed format and ensuring data correctness and completeness
Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with key stakeholders
Executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance
Identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
Support external audit
Suggesting and participating in advanced implementation of new reports (data modelling)
Implement Heineken Tax Control Framework
Prepare tax reports, such as monthly Withholding Tax, Wages Tax, CIT, Annual Income Tax and other taxes (if applicable), on timely basis
Prepare withholding tax slip for counterparty
In charge of tax figures (deferred tax, payables, receivables, CIT, etc) for financial closing purpose
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Management or similar
More than 1 year of experience in Finance roles, preferably in an international company
Strong Accounting knowledge
Ability to operate in a formless environment combined with experience of implementing systems & processes
Exceptional attention to detail, work well under pressure and respect deadline
Driven, motivated with a good work ethic & attitude, eagerness to learn, agile and team player
Microsoft Office, mostly EXCEL
Knowledge of Timor-Leste official languages
Good written and spoken English
Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
