Field Service Technician

**Aerotek is hiring a Service Technician for a long term and full time opportunity in Kamloops, Vernon, and Salmon Arm.**

**Must Haves**

• 1+ years of experience with electromechanical repair and maintenance

• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and technical repair skills

• Experience using multimeters

• Ability to travel to multiple customer sites on a regular basis, including overnight stays when needed

• Drivers license with a clean abstract

• Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Description**

We are seeking a service technician for the interior team: Kamloops, Vernon, and Salmon Arm 75% of the time with the other 25% being out of town. Will be working with the Kelowna and Chilliwack service technicians when needed.

• Scheduling and providing preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities

• Effectively promoting and sell service agreements and products to existing customers

• Supervising equipment installation and/or performing uncrate and assembly services

• Instructing customer’s personnel in the operation and proper use of the equipment.

• Assisting sales personnel in marketing all equipment (joint calls, in-services, sales leads).

• Maintaining an organized parts inventory in a clean Company vehicle.

• Performing other related duties as assigned.

**Pay**

• $65,000 - $70,000

**Hours** :

• Monday-Friday

• 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

• (Averaging hours, set their own daily/weekly schedule within shift)

**Work Environment**

• Candidates will be managing their own workload and responsible for setting up and scheduling their day/weeks.

• They can start at home then will be travelling for service calls or doing preventative maintenance/upgrade calls

• There is no physical office location

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
