Duties and Responsibilities
The ERP Developer 3 will be responsible for coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining ERP applications to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance. The candidate will coordinate software integration activities, maintain detailed technical documentation, and collaborate with remote project teams to meet system and business requirements. Duties include creating and optimizing ETL processes for data conversion, developing new interfaces to external systems, and providing support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include performing standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tasks, participating in project-related activities, and occasionally working off-hours based on project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The candidate must have at least eight (8) years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically in the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. Expertise is required in PeopleTools development, including PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, and SQR. The candidate must also demonstrate proficiency with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle databases, Linux OS scripting, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). Strong experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical design documents is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have at least four (4) years of experience using Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) and working with MS Teams in a large, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in the public sector, particularly within Federal, State, or Local Government organizations, is preferred. Familiarity with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system, Treasury Offset Program (TOP), and SharePoint is desirable. Experience working with Jira, Scrum methodologies, and STAT change management tools will be considered advantageous.
