Position Summary:

The Procurement/Travel Associate provides primary support for procurement and travel functions within the College of Engineering’s Business Operations Center (BOC). This role is responsible for initiating and processing fiscal transactions—including reimbursements, travel payments, requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement card activity—while ensuring compliance with University and College policies. Working as part of the BOC team, the Associate helps maintain accurate records, supports fiscal integrity through adherence to internal controls, and delivers efficient, customer-focused service to the College of Engineering.

Minimum Education Required:

High School diploma or GED equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in accounting or business administration

Required Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required

Desired: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Experience with University financial and human resource systems, Workday, and spreadsheet software; excellent customer service, problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment serving a varying population.

Hiring Range: $19.28 -$25.19

The actual pay rate will vary based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
