About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll represent our clients at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. You'll interact directly with customers, share brand messages, and contribute to the success of mission-driven outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands in event marketing and retail outreach settings

Engage with customers, answer questions, and communicate key messages

Execute face-to-face sales and promotional campaigns

Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and donor engagement

Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals

Participate in training, workshops, and leadership development programs • Qualifications

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

High school diploma or GED required; college education a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
