Own a defined turf, work assigned warm homeowner leads, and turn doors into funded loans. You’ll manage your territory like a mini-business: route planning, saturation strategy, daily KPIs, and crisp follow-through from pitch to docs.
What you’ll do
Work an assigned territory daily; map, route, and sequence efficiently
Run the play: script set appointment collect docs submit app funded
Work assigned warm leads in your turf and generate incremental doors around them
Track conversion metrics; fix leaks with your trainer/manager in real time
Keep clean notes in CRM; report KPIs and pipeline status daily
What you bring
1–3+ years D2D (mortgage/solar/roofing/home services) or elite sales grit
Territory management mindset: routing, revisit cadence, and turf saturation
High motor, field-first discipline, clean driver’s license
