What You’ll Do
First-assist in orthopedic surgeries
Conduct exams, consultations, and follow-ups
Manage pre-operative and post-operative care
Develop treatment plans alongside supervising surgeons
Educate patients throughout their recovery journey
Maintain accurate, thorough documentation
Qualifications
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active Texas license
Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced practice
Willingness to work across both McKinney and Prosper locations
