Nasdaq is seeking a Student Worker to join the Southern US and LATAM Listings team and support the Sales and Relationship Managers with various administrative, Salesforce-related, and event-related tasks in a part-time capacity, contributing to efficient management of sales processes within this region-specific team.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide Salesforce support, including data entry, record updates, and CRM maintenance.
* Organize and manage contracts, ensuring all documents related to the Southern US and LATAM Listings are accurately filed and accessible.
* Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing emails for the team.
* Assist in the organization of events and meetings related to sales and client interactions.
* Support the Sales and Relationship Managers with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications: * Education Required: College Student (Currently Enrolled) * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position will be part-time, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
